Alice Zorzin (b. 1996) is a photographer and visual researcher based between Venice, Trieste and the Alps.

After earning an MA in Art History, she decided to devote herself entirely to photography. In her visual stories Alice focuses on the ways people react and interact with their environment, both as individuals and as a community. Alice’s work is dedicate to capture narratives about this deep connection in relation with cultural identity, memories, past, and traditions using a layered approach that combines ethnographic research, archival materials, personal stories, and contemporary visual narratives.

Her work has been shortlisted for the Felix Schoeller Photo Award 2025, exhibited in various part of Italy, and featured in international publications including PhotoVogue, Artribune, and Exibart.

In recent year, she was selected for an artist residency organized by Trieste Photo Days and received commissions from the Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Policies and from Fondazione LavoroPerlaPersona for artistic research projects.

In 2024 she collaborated with ARTE and director Sebastian Saam on a documentary film about the impact of climate change in the Julian Alps, contributing her research on the spruce bark beetle epidemic and the ways local communities are adapting to it.

Alongside her personal projects, Alice is also active as a researcher and curator. She has contributed to several exhibition projects, including Paesi Perduti (2022–2023) at MART Rovereto and Fifty Years Later at Palù del Fèrsina (Trentino).
